It sounds like some kind of mild ocd? I know rituals like that are common for that but idk. I have something similar but I think it stems from something different where I have to re-check important things (locks, passport and key location) before bed. The neko atsume thing is a REALLY SMART IDEA??? I want to see if that works for me…
maybe??? i figure it’s some kind of anxiety thing or... smthng since how many times i have to check it is usually proporational to how anxious i am but i think it also might be a minor memory issue (since im p sure those are common w/ my disability) but yeah?? the neko atsume thing is RLY nice and everyone should try it!!
