This is how we do it! 💯 Crop-to-Cure™️ in 24-36 hours ⏳ This equipment allows for a complete harvest from take down to toke & smoke using our trademarked Crop-to Cure™️ & Cryo-Trim™️ process. We start with a TAKEDOWN of the plant. We then proceed to REMOVE FAN LEAVES followed by REMOVING THE FLOWERS FROM STOCK. Once biomass is prepared we Cryo-Trimmed™️ the live flowers with The Original Resinator®️ for a nearly perfect manicure. With our freeze dryer pre-frozen, we then immediately placed the live & freshly trimmed flowers directly into the freeze dryer to begin the LYOPHILIZATION process. 24-36 hours later we remove the biomass from the freeze dryer once the cycle has completed. The flowers RETAIN THEIR SIZE, SHAPE, FRAGRANCE & COLOR. Notice that there is ZERO shrinkage. Although we lose 75% of the water weight, we lose none of the structure. The flowers literally look the exact same as when they went into the freeze dryer as when they complete the Lyophilation process. Examining under a microscope we demonstrate how FULL BODIED TRICHOMES REMAIN PERFECTLY INTACT. We then allow the cannabis flowers to OXYGENATE for 1-4 hours before we prepare for testing & packaging. The following day from when we chopped the plants down for harvest, we have a perfectly dried, cured & preserved crop of beautifully manicured flowers ready for consumption. Lyophilization or freeze drying is a process in which water is removed from a product after it is frozen and placed under a vacuum, allowing the ice to change directly from solid to vapor without passing through a liquid phase. The Scientific freeze dryer system(s) freezes extremely fast, thereby minimizing size of frozen crystals. The freeze rate contributes to formation of smaller ice crystals. Using The Original Resinator Cryo-Trim™️ process accelerated this freeze rate making for an optimum compliment to lyophilization. When under vacuum, the lyophilization process introduces heat and at different levels and time and seamlessly transitions to allow sublimation: Sublimation is the transition of the frozen water crystals directly from the solid to the gas phase, without passing through the intermediate liquid phase. These temperatures protect the valuable elements and vitality within your finished flower such as but not limited to the trichomes, potency, terpenes, and aroma/nose while trimming the flower. Utilizing our slow rotation of our processing drum, the optimum frozen temperatures causes the external leaves to become just brittle enough to fracture and fall from the flower, exposing a perfectly trimmed flower and without upsetting the trichomes or terpene content. Aggressive scissor work during a common hand trimming process of flower may often cause damage. The “TOR” system trims with the rise and fall of the flower creating a pristine finished product without shaping or contouring your flower/buds. The ‘TOR’ system optimizes your finished product to garner maximum quality for wholesale and retail sales. Liquid C02: When trimming flower, consumption is approximately 1Lbs of Liquid C02 per 1Lbs of biomass. However and to ensure that you don’t run out of Liquid C02 we recommend having 2Lbs of Liquid C02 per each 1Lbs of trimming of flower. Cost per Lbs of Liquid C02 is approximately $1 per Lbs at retail, while larger volumes of delivered C02 can be purchased for as low as $0.25 per Lbs. Inquire regarding C02 questions and common FAQ.
