My favorite topic to talk about is my monocycle better known as periods. Like most women ( not all women have periods, not all women cramp, have heavy flows etc etc). Mine snuck up on me ( cause I already had it this month 🤬)...
Anyway, moon cycles are regardless, come to cleanse the body, didn’t health teach you that the virgina was a self cleaning organ? For most women this is the most annoying part of the month. There’s pain, hunger and mood swings. But sisters fret not because whether you can smoke weed or not I have tips to help make this week better for you.
For my spiritual sisters, this is perfect!!! A wonderful time to just sit and meditate into it, what needs releasing? Which sign is the moon in? How does it relate to how you feel, think or even view the external versions of you? Our periods are so magickal I plan to spend the week giving both spiritual healing tips and holistic tips.
*please consult your DR before consuming these teas as not all plants help all people.*
Day 1 advice. If you can before running errands or starting your work day, make a nice cup of tea or organic coffee ( organic because it’s missing pesticides that do more harm than good). The coffee is known to help with cramps and headaches. Tea, you can try raspberry (also good for pregnant or new moms), or you can try, lemon and mint tea, dandelion root tea, or even simply honey and weed tea. Most of the herbs in these teas help with pain and headaches; in conjunction roll up a fatty of a mixture of sage/rosemary or lemon balm with either a high level of thc; Sativa and indica. These will leave you with minimal cramps and still be a high functioning body, smoke it with or after your tea or coffee, it’ll help relax you. Do all this with the intent to allow whatever healing spiritually happen and it’ll also help push toxins outta ya body (not coffee though FYI)
If you work a night shift I’m here for you on that too and have tips that will help.
