Made Cannolis for my boss's last day of work tomorrow.

Had a whole breakdown because I screwed up SO bad with the ricotta filling at first. Like I ruined the entire batch. I have terrible luck with desserts, I always find ways to ruin my recipes, whether it be Creme Brulee, Tiramisu, Puff Pastry, Flan, literally anything that's dessert I've ruined. IDK why I keep knocking myself SO BRUTALLY over simple sweets, but I do. I'm not someone who bakes for the fun of it. It's a task that causes stress. I did this because I felt he was worth the effort, but it's always a test of my value as a dang homemaker, and that's my own mental doing, no one else infringed that on me.

We made 47 mini cannolis. Omg, the canolli shells I ordered were half the size they were SUPPOSED to be, so that already had me crushed before I ruined the first batch of filling. My Mom has the patience of an absolute Saint. She is the greatest help in my life and reminds me constantly that it's not a big deal to have a hiccup.
