Dear Princess Twilight Sparkle:

There are few kin fears that carried over, but in honor of (late) spooky season I may as well share my current shift's biggest one

Team Rocket (and Unowns) can really squick me out in this shift. I think team rocket were the ones who killed me. As for the Unowns, I was still *sentient* in death, and the little fuckers didn't seem to understand that. They kept trying to pilot me around and do... Whatever. I don't know. I always managed to shoo them away luckily.

Im sure if i figured out which pokemon team rocket used to kill me I'll be uncomfy with that one too.

[Pats myself on the head] this bad boy can fit SO much trauma in him.

(Sidenote: Jessie and James from team rocket are fine regardless of me being in shift bc they're just silly funnies /pos)

Dear readers of Fictionkinfessions,

Guess what time of year it is? That’s right; it’s time for the spooooky scaaary season of Nightmare Night! Or, well, Halloween as this world calls it. Same difference, really.

Anyways, today I have a question that might be a bit weird: do you have any fears that carried over from your kin life/fictive Exomemories (if that’s the term? Trying to be inclusive here, sorry.) into this life?

Personally, in my Twilight Sparkle life, I was afraid of… well, quesadillas. I know, it’s stupid. Well, to some degree, I still kind of am. I don’t wanna go near a quesadilla if my life depends on it.

This is gonna sound ridiculous, but bologna. Cannot stand bologna, even just seeing the stuff in the grocery store makes my stomach turn.

Always has, and presumably always will. ...And I couldn't explain it for the life of me beyond "it just kinda unnerves me / I think it's gross / etc" until I kinfirmed Sal and saw the third episode thing of my source and just...

Ah. That explains it.

fears from previous lives that have carried over? Claustrophobia, pyrophophia and now the recently re emerged scopophobia. (Fear of being looked at)

I particularly can’t stand having people looking at my face, I still cover it with a mask (I wore a lot of those in my previous lives) even around my now family. I feel I can’t speak for long periods or I’ll ruin something, topple it over.

Like there’s something watching me and judging every mistake I make. If I cover it up with a mask it’s better. I don’t feel the eyes watching me as much.

The fear of flickering lights is still there for all of our system's stranger things fictives,, I think us existing in this body kinda exacerbated the system-wide fear of Suddenly Being In The Dark though /lighthearted

And I personally am not scared of, but generally uncomfortable around pools still! Now it's less A Fear Because Of Supernatural Bullshit From Source and more of a sensory thing though. Like,, poolwater is Too Cold and Feels Gross and for WHAT /lighthearted
