X if it makes u feel better this is quite literally what we are taught to do in art college. Collect other people's shit, put all of those ideas in the big blender in ur brain full of Your Experiences and Your Opinions and all those other things that make you you, and all of a sudden the things full of colors that never existed in either. When you create anything that is full of pieces of yourself you're an artist.

that is actually so awesome thank you so much for sharing this with me. It literally feels like that sometimes like all of you is your art but not because art has to be consumming or detrimental but because it is an extension of yourself
