So I found out my boyfriend is actually native American. We were visting his mom for vacation and she says his birth father is kanook but I think she meant chinook since there isn't anything that states it is a native tribe. Is there anyone out there who can help point me into the right direction into connection my boyfriend with his tribe? All we know is what is mom told us and he has no connection with his birth dad who left when he was a baby. I know there are tests out there to help find the general idea but I wanted to try to find help that doesn't cost money.
