Busy

I always have to be doing something, working towards something. That could be anything from finishing some craft project, to applying for jobs. Usually the first option to be honest. Even when I'm on my computer I'm either watching a video and looking at a blog or listening to music. It's like I crave some sort of stimulation at any given point. The only time my brain is sort of at rest is when I happen to fall asleep. Even then I've been dreaming like crazy and If I wake up it's almost impossible to turn off my brain again to go back to sleep. I need to learn some sort of yoga or meditation.
