Even if your body is not the most conventionally attractive body out there, your body is yours and it is the only one you got so it deserves respect.

Respect means not depriving your body of things it needs. Respect means not eating until you cause yourself pain or nausea. Respect means doing what you can on any given day to keep your body healthy. Respect means minding your own limits. And most importantly one person's version of respect will be different from anothers.

Please. Remember to respect your body. Even when it doesnt look or act how you want it to. Show it respect because it is a living creature.
