Merry Christmas your Excellency. It always brightens (or darkens if you prefer) my day to read your posts. Just want to say thanks to @rumpelstiltskinned for her hard work in maintaining your blog. I sent her a small caffeinated Christmas gift through Ko-Fi, to help her late at night sorting through your asks and fanmail. Just wondering, do you exchange gifts at this time of the year?

I admit I am both delighted and puzzled that you and others derive so much enjoyment from this. As for your other question, we do occasionally exchange gifts, though not always - after centuries, gift-giving becomes a bit difficult.

Having listened to all of French Tanz, I can tell you that French Krolock generally is smooth af XD

The French lyrics manage to fit in a lot more (German words tend to be longer/chunkier), so the French version of Einladung is actually a lot more detailed! What I find most interesting is that

Krolock refers to Sarah’s parents a lot more directly than he does in the German version

He brings up the (Dark?) Grail in this version, which normally only gets mentioned in Vor dem Schloss when Krolock speaks to Alfred

Wow. Did you make the torture chamber?

Yeah, it was pretty simple actually. I just bought some square mirrors and a wooden plaque from Jo-Ann and then I super-glued the mirrors to the plaque, added a fleece “ground”, and put a tree & noose in the corner.

Your excellency I like your hairstyle. They grey gives you a distinguished look. Have you always had long hair?

Thank you. Yes, I have - it was fashionable to wear it that long when I was alive and I could never bear to cut it afterwards - one of the many troubles that come wit being undead is that your hair doesn’t grow back once it’s been cut.

Do your family or friends ever ask what it is?

Nah...We hardly ever have visitors. But if someone asked, I’d probably tell them exactly what it was...unless that person were my mom. If I told her what it was, she’d think there was something wrong with me. :P

Drakorn thanks for sharing. Amazing how this musical made you choose a career in theatre and the creative arts. What do you think you will do once you finish your studies?

I would very much like to be involved in theatre, both acting and directing-wise. I would also like to pursue a screenwriting career. Writing and Theatre are both equally important to me so it’s a hard choice XD
