Although it was quite cloudy at #capereinga, causing a beginner photographer like me immense troubles with my exposures, as an experience it was stupendous. The clouds, in fact, enhanced the mystical appeal of the place that #maori believe their spirits leap to their spiritual abode from. The drive to the point itself was incredibly spectacular. Beautiful scenery and calmness all around; it was an enchanting experience. And contrary to the popular narrative, it isn't the northernmost point of NZ and also isn't the point where "two oceans meet".
