In 2014 @sankofa_mcee was my first Yoga student here in Ghana 🇬🇭 He did a great job with assisting me with executing my first retreat. The ride to Cape Coast from the Cape Three Points in the western region was not easy at all..In fact, since the rains came early the roads were not good. The men only had to get out once to push the tro tro thru the mud which was much better the three times we had to push coming into Cape Three Points. No more retreats in June!
