In the latest installment of District Voices from Capitol TV, District 9 teaches us how to make one of the popular treats from the Mellark Bakery: apple goat cheese tarts.

Couple of thoughts after watching that video: 1) That looks delicious!!! 2) Peeta is now ‘special council to President Snow’?? 3) Are the people of District 9 supporters of the Mockingjay?
