adhd culture is changing a sentence mid typing it but forgetting to delete the words that don’t work in the new sentence so you just have awkward words that don’t make sense in places.

Actually in general I really wish that people took unreality seriously and like...gave warnings? Like it’s really common in media to put in complicated stuff with timelines, illusions, plot twists where none of it is real, etc. etc. but no one ever considers that there’s several people with various mental illnesses that are triggered by unreality and can have worsened symptoms if they watch it without warning so the fact that it’s rarely warned is really shitty tbh.

Christmas time is always so fucking hard when you have a toxic family. You get told repeatedly from everything that the real meaning of this season is to spend time with and forgive your family <3 and then you have to know that doesn't apply to you because you don't have one that matters/have an actual family.

Anyway if anyone's struggling this and coming months you're valid and you're not alone and just remember that someday you'll be able to celebrate with people and in places that actually make you feel loved and happy.
