one thing i love is ensemble casts. www is suited for this, the original cappu island is too, but New Project already has a bucketload of characters spread out over a bunch of settings. theoretically i Could put an ensemble in one time if i am prepared to die in agony but i dont know if it feels right with what i am imagining . probably not!

i think it’s important to understand that poppy is not actually ‘Naturally’ smart . she is rather very often typically foolish and somewhat ignorant. she just works her absolute ass off so she can Become intelligent, it’s not something that comes Easily and Immediately to her. HOWEVER ☝️ she IS cunning as all hells. she just doesn’t have very many chances to exhibit that pre-plot because she was also a Good Boy.

okay . poppy to me is aroace she’s not interested in any of that shit whatsoever. howeverrrr she Would get in a relationship if it offers her an Advantage. and maybe that person still evolves a Significance and Meaning to her but i still don’t think it’s romantic . sooo sometimes i see a relationship post and think this is so her <3 except she’s aroace and it’s explicitly not romantic for her . but that doesn’t mean it is inherently less impactful or a Relationship. ohhhhh she is my worst most evil queer character but it is difficult to even explain that

after rook ‘doesn’t care about politics’ protagonist of a political intrigue, and none of the cast of ilft either knowing how the world/rifts/time travel/reality work or not caring to explain, poppy ‘wanted to be a politics student’ and ‘deeply interested and borderline obsessed with the mechanics of her time travel’ is a blessing
