Tender grilled chicken, creamy mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, fragrant basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze are all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla to make these Grilled Chicken Caprese Wraps.
Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 large flour tortillas. 8 slices fresh mozzarella cheese. 2 large tomatoes, sliced. 1 cup fresh basil leaves. Balsamic glaze for drizzling.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts. Turn on the grill pan and add the olive oil. Cook chicken breasts on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they are done. Take the chicken off the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, cut it into thin slices. Put the tortillas on the grill pan and heat them up for 30 seconds on each side. Put out the tortillas and top each one with two slices of cheese. Cover all of the tortillas with chicken slices. Put tomato slices and fresh basil leaves on top of the chicken. Add the balsamic glaze on top. Roll the tortillas up tight to make wraps. Fold the sides in. Cut the wraps in half across the middle and serve.
