What is the worst empanada filling you've seen, if there is one?
Let me think,, meat and raisins, humita (a paste made of corn) but by far the worse is any empanada that has cheddar cheese, like the cheeseburger blasphemy they sell at chain franchised stores. You can't just shove unseadoned grinded meat and a shit ton of stinky ass cheddar cheese (I got nothing against cheddar cheese) into the dry wrapper that NEEDS THE FILLING TO BE JUICY and EXPECT something GOOD MAN
