Check-in time!

We hope all is well! As it has been some time since sign-ups and assignments, we'd like to hear from you to know if you're still committed to the event, or if we need to start looking for back-up gifters for your assigned recipient.

All participants have been sent an email with a very short form to fill out so we can see where everyone stands! Please fill it out by November 18th (an extra day than on the posted schedule because this is a little late going out!) so we can adjust gifts if need be and please let us know if you have any questions!

While this is a great idea, it's really close to when the Big Bang is happening....I'm concerned about the workload on the fandom.

Hi anon! You make a valid point. We’re currently considering a schedule for the Secret Santa event that will delay posting till around New Year, to leave more breathing room between the two events. 

However, the workload for the Secret Santa is much lighter than that of the Bang, and it’s going to be a more relaxed event. We’re definitely hoping that people who couldn’t sign up for the Bang or had to drop out because things got too busy will find it easier get to participate in a lower-stress event!

A few days ago we sent out check in emails to Santas and this is a reminder for everyone to please check that email and respond (the check in deadline is ~24 hours from now) ☺️☺️

Posting starts in just about two days on the 26th!

Additional pinch hit requests will go out once we know officially in or out with an extended deadline of January 7th!

Hello hello!

I’m making another post here about sign ups for the Capri Secret Santa event, but hopefully this time one that makes it in to the tag!

I think because of the doc links in the original post, it doesn’t show up because...tumblr, and I want to make sure everyone knows!
