So I really loved the Rewind demo (and am a bit sad it's on hiatus but at least it's still being worked on!) and playing the CoR:H demo, my heart melted when putting in the info about Rewind's MC and choosing that they romanced Avalon, it mentions in the documents that he's happily married to Rewind's MC. ;v; But.... that also means that something happens to the MC that makes their life last that long right? Since they were a normal human in the demo. Hm....

I'm so glad you loved Rewind and are enjoying C.o.R. as well!!! And yeah, it was fun to add mentions of the Rewind MC with their loved one. I'm of the idea that true love can last a very long time, even forever, if it's nurtured.

But yes, there is a way each RO kept the MC alive... and sometimes it wasn't by their own powers. Hehehe.

Fun Facts for 05/01/19

Hope you guys enjoy these fun facts!! I'll reveal up to 10 a day, 3-4 times a week! Usually it'll be 2-5 of new facts, plus a couple from the server!

When O is in the sun a lot, they have a lot of freckles appear everywhere!

Tam's leg was damaged when he was a soldier, well before he settled down with Serena. While it could have been healed at one point, he laid dying too long and it festered. His commanding officer found and rescued him after both were left for dead.

You are named after Tam's commanding officer. You may get to meet them at the winter/end of year celebrations :)

There are non-humans in Rewind and they are very common overall in Aome! It's just that Eristral has a large human population... totally not due to Gilin's sister, who rules over the region Eristral is in, being a bigot, as well as Gilin...

In modern times, K works as an augur (which is like a healer) for the poor during the day, and works as AV's organization as an augur and explosives expert at night.

Also, here are some fun facts I have told the server:

O has Polynesian style tattoos (but not exactly the same) on the top of their chest and all over their back. They are very protective of these tattoos.

AV always bites their fork/spoon when eating. You will be able to tease them about this later.

Vervain often gets stuck trying to peek into rotted stumps, burrows in trees, etc.

K was not raised by their birth parents, but rather a group of priestesses who worship daemons. This is why they grew up believing in loving everyone as you would want to be loved.

Pack Lyrvene (AL's pack) is one of the most morally "good" packs, but even then, it can be brutal. However, they do not harm innocents and they protect their members, be they alpha or omega.

Fun Facts for 11/01/19

Hey guys, here's some more fun facts for ya!

Nelroche has two new ROs! Ozias/Oziana, the Wolfish Elven Cultist, and Hadrian/Hadrianna, a seemingly Human Cultist.

Nelroche is made up of five domains, but one is in ruins.

Aome has roughly 68 regions, some on the mainland continent and a few islands, along with the Floating Isles, where the gods reside.

Aome is not the only country you'll see in the Capriverse! I will show more in future games and you may get to visit one or more in COR!

The region in which COR begins is called Stormhearth due to the near constantly raging storms in the region. More specifically, you start in one of the city-states of the region called Taverim's Heart, and in the Alloran City, just outside of the city-state's capital.

Some fun facts from the server under the cut!

Nelroche: Incantations aren't required for any magic spells, but C comes up with complex incantations because they find it dramatic and fun.

I from COR has a nickname for the MC from their first real-deal meeting. Some other ROs and characters may give you one as well.

Nelroche: A can play the piano. If they're not working, you can find them at the piano more often than not.

In Rewind-time, the average human life-span in Aome is around 100-110 years. By CoR time, the human life-span can range up to around 150-160 years.

Nelroche: A has some ability in magic! They use healing magic, but they have trouble with any other type of magic.

Nelroche: M has travelled a lot! They've been to nearly every part of Nelroche, but they don't go much further in case their friends need them.

Arranged marriage is not very common in Aome, even amongst nobles. However, some places in the Capriverse is entirely built upon such principles.

This may be dumb, but I recall a line about AV having pointed ears. Is he/she an elf and if so how does that effect their interaction with the local courts? Since the rulers are racists and bigots.

Hey! That’s not dumb at all, m'dear. Not all pointy eared creatures are elves! There’s tons of things in the Capriverse that have pointed ears but aren’t even distantly related to elves!

Gilin’s sister is more careful with her bigotry than Gilin, to be honest. Her region is more human than not but there is non-human creatures, both from mortal races and immortal, though the immortals rarely let it be known that they are immortal!

No one would dare insult AV, not even high court members. AV is a renown and extremely powerful mage, and Gilin’s sister would rather kill herself than risk their anger. Which says something, as she is an extreme narcissist and holds her life’s worth over those of her people and her family.

If it isn't too spoilery could you say a bit of how magic works in Aome?

Ah, magick. Magickal ability is based inside of someone; it ties around their lifeforce and their very soul. To use it is like… reaching into yourself and pulling at the fabric of your very being for just a tendril or thread of your power.

There is multiple types of magick, from elemental to “white” and “black” magick, on to biokinesis and true psychics. Almost every being has the potential to wield some level of magick, except for humans. The mass majority of humans lack the creativity, self-reflection, and simply the patience to know if they wield magick or not They are one of the species Cursed to struggle to have magick because for a long time, the more human-esque species were brutal and unforgiving in their need to rid themselves of the less-human creatures, and used their better grasp on magick to help their crusade. After the Curse, humans, dwarves, some types of elves, and a few tribes of Huntresses were rendered barely able to reproduce children with magickal capabilities.

Magick… is odd. It can help you in your greatest time of need, or hinder you on a live-or-die quest. This is because most creatures can only wield certain types of magick, and certain people are only blessed with a single kind. To try to use another only to find you lack it can throw your magick off entirely, leaving you vulnerable.

Magick can also be passed from family member to family member. This is random when it occurs, however.

Da/Tam can wield a type of nature magick, more specifically, he has the ultimate green-thumb. He inherited this from his father.

Master Gilin’s magick is based in the mind and partially the body. They can trap a person in their own mind and if they’re weak-willed enough, control them. They can also damage or affect major organs.

Lady Amalein is able to convince anyone to do what she wants… mostly.

Fun Facts for 22/01/19

Hope you all had a good Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!! Here's the next batch of fun facts:

In Capriverse, adoption is common, even interspecies adoption. Services and places that hold children waiting to be adopted are highly funded and carefully observed by the governing state to prevent abuse and harm to children. It is exceedingly rare to find a place that does not hold these practices.

Capriverse also normalises the funding and building of good homeless shelters! This includes helping homeless people to find jobs or other means of earning moneys, such as disability funds and other social programs. These social programs are also highly regulated to try to keep abusers of the systems out.

Modern Aome will have a very different money system from older Aome. Coins of varying metals and value have been replaced with a new system: at birth, every citizen is given a bank account with the main bank in Aome (which has many many branches), and all money has been entirely digitalised. This money is now called "credits". Coins are still accepted in some places as this new system is still being implimented, but it is almost 100% taken over.

S from Nelroche likes to eat onions like apples. I do too honestly.

O from Nelroche is an excellent cook, surprisingly.

Now, server fun facts!

CoR: Zafi (or Zarferi) rocks any type of clothes, but has a love for mixing and mstching. They love rocking crop tops, skirts, anything so long as it fits, and regardless of which gender she feels pulled towards that day. Gender stereotyping for clothes is not really a thing in Aome or much of Capriverse.

"AV will appear in many of my games in the Capriverse" so is there a chance they're going to be ROs in other games? 👀

No. AV would never leave the MC in Rewind. And even if you do the friendship route wholely in Rewind, they will move on, but not as a new RO; that would be far too confusing to write as Capriverse will have continuity. Each game is not in its own separate universe; everything is in the same timeline, same world, except certain circumstances in a few areas.
