Capsule Filling Machine with Loader including capsule filling machine with Orienter is combination of manual capsule filling machine and automatic capsule loader machines. Automatic Capsule Loader fills empty caps onto loading trays of capsule filling machine whereas Manual Capsule Filling Machine fill powders and lock capsules which are filled onto loading tray by capsule loader. With help of these two machines one can fill up to 20000 capsules per hour. Loading tray of capsule filling machine is having orientation of 25 holes x 12 holes. Capsule loaders advance each row in each stroke that means 12 capsules fills in every shot. When all 12 holes are filled with empty capsules then machine stops automatically, and operator can take out loading tray completely filled with 300 empty capsules.
Manual Capsule Filling Machine Loader is suitable for medium to large scale production in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, ayurvedic, umami & herbal formulations. For optimum output two to three manual capsule filling machines are uses in combination with one automatic capsule loader machine.
