I can't take this anymore.
The stress, the obligations, all this pressure, I don't need it.
At some point, drawing became a chore instead of a fun activity. Somewhere, I decided to dig too deep.
The lore of my blogs is a fucking atrocious mess, and I'm not going to let it take a toll on me like this if there's a way I can put a stop to it.
So here's the deal:
-All inboxes of all blogs are going to be cleared.
-Any and all fan-art will be saved to a folder. A special thanks to those of you who have given me that kind of support over the years.
Captain Rainbow Dash: -All and every post relating to RLD will be deleted. RLD never happened. No relationship with Twilight, no scar, no robots, no Abstract, all of that crap, gone.
Your Average Farmpony: -Literally nothing will happen to this blog. Princess Twilight & Trixie: -This blog is going to be deleted. It's not fun to do anymore. Everything that happened in the blog is gone, Twilight and Trixie are still characters in the CRD universe, but Twilight does not own a chamber in which she's recreating RLD or Sapphire Storm, Twilight & Trixie are not together, and Twilight is now simply just the Princess of Equestria. -This blog might be later integrated with CRD, but those chances are very low. Cooper's Adventures: -This blog is also going to be deleted. For those who liked Cooper McWheaton, you won't see him anymore. At least... in that form of a mute inventor. He'll still appear in "Mod Cooper" form on my mod and art blog.
In Summary: -RLD never existed in the storyline anywhere. All of those posts will be deleted. -Princess Twilight & Trixie as well as Cooper's Adventures will be deleted entirely. Cooper is no longer a character in the universe, Twilight & Trixie are not together, and Twilight assumes her role as Princess of Equestria. -Captain Rainbow Dash was never RLD. She is the canon RD who, 7 years later, became the captain of her own flight team. RD never had a relationship with Twilight, only Fluttershy, and she still has it. -Literally nothing changes with Your Average Farmpony.
Loose Ends: -The entire CRD universe was an act. A television performance, if you will. CRD, AJ, Twilight, Trixie, FS, Cooper, and Sapphire Storm were all actors. This will not be the case with this reboot. Not even sure why I came up with that, but this is the explanation as to why Cooper can talk here in this update in Mod Cooper form and chooses not to on Cooper's Adventures. Abstract and Mod Cooper were the directors, and Cooper wasn't really in a relationship with Sapphire Storm. -Pinkie Pie was locked up in Federal Jail after blowing up RD's house on her birthday, causing her to become Rainbow-less Dash. Pinkie Pie did not intend for this to happen, and thus, turned herself in because she couldn't live with the fact that she (unbeknownst to her, almost) killed one of her best friends. This is why Pinkie Pie was never seen, and explains how RD became rainbow-less. -Pinkie Pie will still be missing after this reboot, but for a different reason. Why I'm doing this: Day after day I think about all the crap I'm obligated to do on 4 blogs. I hate story arcs, I hate the lore of my universe, and I want it all to go away. I have the power to do so, so that's what I'm doing.
I know a lot of you are going to hate this, but sorry to say, this isn't about you. This is for me, and for my well-being as someone who wants to have fun drawing again. Nearly all the posts I do anymore are rushed and lazy, and I want this to stop.
Running 4 blogs with a story arc running across all of them isn't fun. Neither is trying to explain all the dumb lore I came up when I started the blogs. Like I said, this is more for me to enjoy drawing again, and I'm sorry to all of my followers who enjoyed it all, including Princess Twilight & Trixie and Cooper's Adventures.
NOT Why I'm doing this: -To forget my old artwork like it never happened
Don't think that. I'm doing this because I need to. I don't think badly of my old artwork, it just has to go. This place needs to get cleaned out.
Why I'm not saving any post of RLD for archiving: -It's clouding up the blog. It's all irrelevant now, and I want it gone.
