Hey, you! Do you want to receive doubloons and art of your character? We're holding an art contest for our story, Captain Shelleye! The deadline is on November 30th.

Rules below:

Artwork submitted must be recognizably related to the Captain Shelleye story (CSE for short).

Voting will be done by the community. You can vote as long as you don't vote for yourself.

You can join the contest at any time before the deadline.

If the top 3 winners cannot accept payment for any reason, the money will be given to a charity of their choice.

A contestant may create multiple artworks to increase their chances of winning, but they will count as a single slot in the ranking.

Artworks must contain a legible signature or watermark.

There is very little restriction on artistic liberty. If you are unsure if your idea would be allowed, leave a message on the CSE inbox.

While the contest is made with 2D and 3D artwork in mind, any creative medium is permitted. This includes writing, music and crafts.

Any file format is permitted.

Adding characters and concepts from other media, including one's own OCs, are permitted.

Usage of generative artificial intelligence at any stage of the artwork is forbidden.

Photosensitive triggers like flashing lights are forbidden.
