I'm genuinely happy seeing these dolls all together. I'm so nostalgic for Drawn Together that I've always wanted to have dolls of them and seeing it realised makes me incredibly happy. For the dolls I wasn't *just* aiming for completely show accurate dolls but rather make the dolls seem like a believable piece of merchandise for their genres. So Toot's hair isn't 100% show accurate but I wanted to lean into the 1920s glamour styles, or how Xandir draws a bit from Final Fantasy designs and less stylistic Legend of Zelda. Or that Clara is a believable Disney princess doll, or how Foxxy draws upon tv show merch from the 70s, while Ling Ling is closer to a Pokemon figurine rather than a jointed thing. So this has taken me multiple tries at sewing this outfit and failing because the body is so oddly shaped and fabric drapes weirdly. I also tried really hard at making it removable but the lack of articulation or removable hands has meant all these clothes are basically sewn in into the doll. Captain Hero is my least favourite Drawn Together character by far so I am admittedly not gonna spend too much energy on procuring parts for him so I'm just gonna use this Mr Incredible doll mostly as is except for the hair which I am sculpting out of milliput. I definitely did use half of my butt to make this doll rather than my whole butt because of my lack of interest in the character but I knew my collection wouldn't be done, at least human wise if I didn't make him.
