Hmm, WBW things. You may have already been asked this in the past, but how does your lore handle dragon sales? What is the whole AH function described as in your lore?
ah i havent been asked this yet!! all dragon sales go through the clan’s trade manager, Picard.
in my lore the auction house is kind of like a flea market. owners from all over sornieth bring their wares (including dragons) to the closest auction house, and buyers come with treasure, gems, or things to trade with.
picard travels there at least once a week, and he takes orders from everyone in the clan before going. occasionally others will come with him (if theres something they dont want him knowing theyre buying, or if they have something personal theyre selling), but usually its just him.
the clan buys and sells dragons often, and its looked at as something normal. its not Actual Ownership unless the dragon bought was fodder, in which case Picard hands them over to Castor and lets him train and send them off for exaltation.
but for regular dragons, the purchase is less of a purchase and more of a contract, in that the dragon now belongs to one clan instead of another or instead of being on their own. the dragons are still free to leave if/when they want to, and there wont be any negative consequences.
