Yes I do!! I made it myself out of some fabric that I thrifted :P It is a bit more wrinkly than normally right now (tossed it in my drawer instead of folding it) but this is what it looks like irl :)

Hear me out. Shinra employs people from all over the continent, and different parts of it have been proven to have very different cultures. That would presumably include different in-universe languages, too. I'm convinced that since Shinra wanted Sephiroth to be their poster boy SOLDIER "leader" (because we know he barely has any real power), he was actually taught a lot about the different languages and cultures of Gaia in order to be actually able to communicate with the new recruits. It's just that with Sephiroth being the giant socially awkward disaster he is, almost nobody has a clue he could fire back a reply in fluent Banoran or Costan if he wanted to.

I always loved the hc that Sephiroth is bilingual lmaoooo (mainly because I wanted him to be able to translate manga for Zack ehehehhe), but I love the extra bit of context you’ve sprinkled in! It makes so much sense that ShinRa would want Sephiroth to advertise himself to as many people as possible, which would ofc include folks from all across the continent. They would want to ensure that no language barrier could dam the mako-flavored Kool Aid from seeping in hhhhhhhhhhhh.

…on a funnier note, though??? HELL YEAH, you bet this man is flaunting his skills in the least expected of ways shshshdh.

Not so much of a request, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on how some bots feel about catching feelings for a human.

The amount of denial, conflict and confusion rattling in their head is definitely delicious for me to think about.

ahh interesting!! off the top of my head, the only one I believe would have no hesitation would be Hound. he’s attracted to his s/o quite literally they day he meets them, not in love per say, but he finds them beautiful and wishes nothing more than to become friends. he is attracted to their traits and personality, and it’s not really a issue whether they are human or cybertronian. when he truly recognizes his feelings, there’s no question or doubt about his affections. he’s extremely compassionate and doting, and has a lot of love to give, and to find someone who returns the gesture is highly attractive to him.

others, such as Ultra Magnus or Ratchet might have a deep meaningful inner discussion about it upon realization. or two. or three. it’s not strange and it’s not entirely because it’s with a human, it’s because perhaps they pictured their lives differently in the future and that equation didn’t factor in Earth or meeting their s/o there. Ultra Magnus is aware his protectiveness and always seeking them out for conversation means something, but it doesn’t quite stick that he’s in love yet. Ratchet processes it faster, but he isn’t acting on quick decisions or hasty thoughts just yet- he’s gotta make sure they feel the same way as well.

some denial would arise in possibly Prowl or Sunstreaker, and it’s purely internal spite and indecision. denial because they believe they are incapable of receiving/giving affection or love. or they feel as if they don’t deserve it. the ‘you deserve better’ and are very swift to brush off any romantic feelings their future s/o would extend. Sunstreaker may say something hurtful he doesn’t mean because he just wants you to go find someone who will make you happy. he doesn’t realize it’s him. & we all know he isn’t the fondest of humans at first interactions, either. takes some warming up, and likely a lot of it. Prowl lets you think however you like, in your ‘fairytale land’ until he actually conceptualizes his feelings, in an “oh shit” moment.

they probably pictured their futures differently too, and perhaps it didn’t include a human s/o. some inner dilemmas to be uncovered, most certainly!!
