Capturing Life
Sometimes I wish I had a little camera I could carry around with me everywhere I go capturing life's little moments. Like such mundane things no one would usually ever think twice about. Going on a walk and I happen to see a cool looking pebble? Boom capturing that shit. I see a funky little bug one morning? Boom taking out my little camera. I know technically I could do all of this with my phone camera, but it doesn't feel the same for me. It doesn't capture the whimsiness of life. Life can be so precious sometimes and we as humans need to learn when to slow down and appreciate the things around us.

I can finally take nice photos again, my Honor 9 Lite has served me well for a budget phone but the cameras were quite grainy and terrible in low light... the first thing I’ve done is taken photos of Winnie & Bo 😍
Danielle + Jacob | Highlands Ranch Mansion Wedding Photos
Danielle and Jacob are married! What a beautiful wedding they had at Highlands Ranch Mansion! I had so much fun last fall with them exploring Ken Caryl for their engagement session. These two are so great together. Both of them are sweet and have the best since senses of humor and that showed through the whole day.
One of my favorites things about Highlands Ranch Mansion is the getting ready space. It has so much character and elegance. Some of my favorite photos are of Danielle getting in her stunning Justin Alexander dress from The Bridal Collection. She was a vision!
The rest of the day was perfect. The weather held out and the sky was wide open and blue. During their first dance Jacobs brother sang and it was incredible! He sings on Broadway and I thought that was so awesome! He is truly talented and it was so much fun having family a part of that moment. I am so happy for this couple! What a gorgeous day and the perfect start to a lifetime together. -Janae

Maria + Keith | Saddleridge at Beaver Creek Wedding Photos
Maria and Keith are married! They had a gorgeous wedding last weekend at Saddleridge in Beaver Creek. You might remember Maria and Keith from their cute Chrismas time engagement session last year. It was cold but man it was fun!
One of my favorite things about his wedding was all the amazing details. Her family and friends were such a huge help in getting everything set up. They had it all! From board games, vintage suitcases that belonged to their grandparents, to custom deck of card they thought of everything. They even had amazing little goodie boxes for the kids too! They planned everything so well to be an expression of who they are and what they love to do together. We were thoroughly impressed.
Keith and Maria are so great together. They make each other laugh and are so sweet to each other. These two both know that life is not always sunshine and rainbows but it is so clear that they lean on each other always and they will get through anything. I admire that so much about them!
The girls had gorgeous flowers from Cedars Flower Shop and it matched their dresses so well. I love when bridesmaids have mixed matched dresses. It’s so fun to show off the uniqueness of each lady. Some of my favorite photos were at the top of the Centennial Lift. It was gorgeous up there! I could have taken photos up there all day. It was pretty windy but I have to say her dress from Che Bella looked great blowing in the wind. The rest of the night was great. There was singing, dancing, drinking, and board games. All the right things to celebrate these two saying I do! –Janae

Anna + Tim are Expecting! | Bear Creek Park Maternity Photos
Anna and Tim are expecting a sweet baby boy! I had so much fun with the Steven’s family last week. This is one of the sweetest families you will ever meet. McCory had the pleasure of photographing their wedding and now they are expecting a little one! Big sisters Mattie and Bella are pretty excited too 🙂 We had so much fun looking at all the little onesies and shoes and thinking about how little babies are! We couldn’t have asked for a better evening. The golden light was poking through and it was perfectly breezy. Also, check out how cute their sweet pup Cobie is! -Janae
