One city that made their 2018 Top 20 is Rochester, New York. Interesting Facts About Rochester

With nearly 210,000 residents (1 million in the metro area) Rochester is the third most populous city in New York state, after New York City and Buffalo.

Strong Museum of Play—Devoted solely to the study of play, this history museum features interactive exhibits that explore the worlds of Sesame Street, the Berenstain Bears, Reading Adventureland, the Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden, and other key elements of play through video games, storybooks, nature, comic books, and more.

Finger Lakes Wineries—The surrounding Finger Lakes Region, so-named because the long and narrow shapes of the lakes in the area reminded early map-makers of human fingers, is one of the world’s premier wine regions. The unique geologic and climatic features of the area make it perfect for grape growing and more than 100 wineries are within a 90‐minute drive of Rochester.

Frederick Douglass Burial Site (Mount Hope Cemetery)—Abolitionist Frederick Douglass spent 25 years in Rochester where he published the abolitionist newspaper The North Star and helped slaves escape via the Underground Railroad. He is buried in the city’s historic Mount Hope Cemetery.

George Eastman Museum—The founder of Kodak was the benefactor of many institutions in Rochester, including the Eastman School of Music, various educational organizations, many area gardens, and health care facilities.

Ski and Snowboard racks- Most ski and snowboard racks can vary only in terms of either open or closed setups. Open setups make you have to store your winter accessories inside the car, whereas closed setups are more accommodating.

  Sliding racks- Though set up is fairly basic, what you might purchase will vary greatly depending upon what you need the rack for. Racks that come standard with most vehicles have a very light load capacity; maybe 100-200lbs at best. Beyond that, you will most likely be looking for an aftermarket slide rack.

Trunk racks- Fit a greater variety of vehicles that can only hold light loads such as bikes, luggage. 

  Spare Tire Rack- Self-explanatory. fits over the spare tire mounted on the back of the car. Very light load capacity; a couple of bikes or a medium-sized pack at best

  Hitch racks- connects directly into the hitch itself. Installation can be fairly straightforward or complicated depending on the class of hitch you have.   Soft Top Carrier- the soft top carrier is enclosed, that usually is only made of cloth material so it's not advisable to use in wet weather conditions.

  Hard Top Carrier – the hardtop carriers also enclosed, but is made to endure all weather conditions as well as usually more aerodynamic to help with fuel economy.
