Scandinavian musicians have a particular viewpoint to show. Yes, even their pop music has a certain edge and I'm not surprised several of their singers ended up collaborating with a variety of musicians to give them that quality. MØ, for instance, is a part of the wave from the previous decade that built upon what Robyn did and went into the similarly idiosyncratic direction. Of course, she doesn't follow her completely, she is her own person. I mean, she has an intriguing timbre of her voice, since her melancholy sounds more tough than one would've assumed from this emotion.
