So basically, I could say "I love you" in a million billion different ways. I could say it in different languages, with gifts, with affection, with sacrifice… and it wouldn't matter at all. I could climb the highest mountain just because I knew you were on the other side and it was your birthday so I had to bring you your present. I could save you from a burning building. I could jump in front of a bullet for you, and you still wouldn't believe me. So what exactly am I supposed to do? If I carved "I love you" into my wrists with a blade would you believe me then? If I turned into a hermit and lived in a cabin all by myself with no furniture, no decoration other than pictures of us together on a wall would you believe me then? Or should I just walk away because I'm not worthy of your love. Or am I just crazy? Probably. Everything I've done in the past is just too much for you to forgive and I'm evil and I'm immature and I'm not good for you or anyone. Right? So I guess all of the things you said, you really meant, except for the love part. You couldn't have possibly meant that if I tell you the truth and you assume I'm not real. Like I couldn't possibly love someone like you. Well I can because I am someone like you… What does that mean for each of us though. I'd say it's pretty dark. Nobody's perfect…but you're perfect for me.
