Making Martha Stewart's "Best Buttermilk Pancakes" (click through for link) for dinner like the well trained WASP-lapsed Protestant-that I am. Also because I like carbs and am lazy.

PANCAKES, because it's the only cake you can eat as a meal (well the only one acceptable to eat as a meal, I won't go into the mornings I have woken up with a bellyful of shame and the sweet taste of buttercream in my mouth, usually followed by a crippling champagne hangover).
