𝙲𝙰𝚁𝙲𝙷𝙰𝚂𝙴 𝙷𝙴𝙰𝙳𝙲𝙰𝙽𝙾𝙽𝚂!
k so nobody ask for it but i'm running out of ideas for post so, who doesn't want some headcanons of this two (domestic edition)? :D
they have their own apartment, pretty practical when they want a break in their routine of being them: the ACME detective who chases the master thief all around the globe, so i personally find cute that their apartment is in Paris (super cliché i knowww)
chase is the most organized of both and likes to maintain everything in order, he constantly frustrates when carmen has her inspiration moments planning, choosing, searching, reading and spinning ideas for her new heists (he just roll his eyes at her at the same time he counts the amount of books and papers on the floor)
as the functional adults they are, both take care of the basic responsibilities and house chores, but with the cooking stuff, carmen prefers to cut ingredients and wash the dishes while chase does the magic ✨
out of ACME chase is literally carmen's private chef, and he do it amazingly
can debate about history, politics, art or the immortality of the crabs in every meal, its almost a ritual at this point
both enjoy so much spending their time out of their alter egos, it's refreshing for them having a "normal life" for a while
since their natural schedule manteins them very busy and in movement, when there's time enough, they just stay in bed all day and talk for hours laying close to each other
absolutely love board games
both wake up early, carmen likes to meditate with him when he's greeting the sun, as they did when they were younger
against what people can think about them, they are a very homely couple, doing the chores together and then relax, watching movies and preparing snacks for the rest of the day
they have their own moments of silence and enjoy them so much, it's pretty intimate and special
carmen can cook decently but chase is practically another level, with plates that look made by a michelin star restaurant, chase happily teachs a stunned carmen that can't hide she's admiring him so much
but when it's about sandwiches it's a different story, carmen makes the best sandwiches ever
playing chess is one of their favourite activities, they can spend hours playing cause chase always wants a rematch
carmen loves 80's music so anytime they're on the car, chase puts one of her many playlists and sing together
since chase was a child he loves noir movies, le samouraï (1967) is his favourite childhood movie, carmen knows when to have a blanket free to lay down together
carmen finds entertaining fix chase's tie, he prefers doing it himself because he can't help but blush when carmen looks at his eyes joyfully, he also can't resist to kiss her forehead
chase dislikes desserts (but he loves chocolate, nobody has to know) he's glad when carmen orders any sweet thing with chocolate and saves a piece of cake for him
dine & wine couple
chase is a great dancer but he doesn't like to do it alone, so in home, carmen just smile at him, take his hand and guide him to her, placing their hands together and leaning her head on his shoulder so he can calm down and express better his moves, she motivates him to do the things he usually don't do, giving him confidence
yeah slow dancing in the living room! <3
both play with carmine (carmen's pet cat)
they are sports enthusiasts, when they aren't training, their favourite sport to play together is basketball plus carmen is so excited to teach him tennis, she's very good at it
also running together or playing catch is a cute moment of the day, full of jokes and laughing
carmen isn't the hugging type while she's sleeping, but chase knows that's a different story, however he doesn't mind, having carmen close to him helps him to sleep
