In-vehicle safety systems that uses a car camera to track the driver's awareness and overall vigilance while on the road are known as driver monitoring systems. It could even notify the fleet supervisor remotely via the smartphone and store the video evidence in the cloud storage for safe keeping so it could be reviewed later if needed.
