"Was this even in question, Chizochan...?"
Even so, she is still blushing.

[For Fuyumi , via @cardiosanguis ]
She finds it on the windowsill, unlike the usual spot. It's a carefully wrapped bundle, like many of th others she has received. It contains a box of handmade, heart-shaped mochi and rose shaped mooncakes, as welll as a note. It's not an entire letter like usually, but it's written with obvious care anyways. It reads :
"My dearest, I know this is not a lot, and I do have a gift more worthy of you, but I would rather give it to you personally, sometime soon. Please, enjoy these in the meantime. Yours, always, C."
And the fabric it came wrapped in? It looks like it's a (very much clean) expensive but simple, crimson red men's dress shirt. It smells very faintly of sandalwood and red wine.
I wonder whose shirt it could be...
Oh, oh, be still her heart, and all those other romantic cliches... How utterly sweet, how thoughtful, making Fuyumi's chest warm with appreciation, with affection...
Setting aside the treats, she shakes the shirt back out into its proper shape. Goodness, was she so predictable that he'd know she'd be weak for such a thing...? Probably. She was practically a walking trope at this point, though she didn't much care as she pressed the shirt against her cheek. Maybe nuzzling it, just a little. Not that she'd ever admit to such a thing. It was good none of her family were home to see her be so... embarrassing.
She hoped he'd liked his gift in turn...
