i see a lot of people talk about like, letting tumblr staff "get away with it" but like. the literally ONLY way you can hold them accountable is to not use the site. the only thing that can possibly have any sway over their decisions is to not use the site. as long as you continue to use the site, its all worth it to their investors. no amount of outrage or complaint will get them to change their ways. even if 100% of users was loudly complaining about how moderation and site rules work, they wouldnt lift a finger until most people left. if you want a company to change its ways, you need to actually hurt it in a way that matters. hit it in the finances. stop using the site.
