1- Carmen. She's been turned into what is essentially a voice in everyone's head. And yet she continues to try and help everyone in the city. This girl deserves to be happy.
2- Dongbaek. Sure, she leads a terrorist organization, but she's also doing it to try and improve the city a bit, reignite the joy of invention. I think she deserves to be happy.
3- Heathcliff. He's continuing to chase that one (possibly unreachable) star in the sky, making it his mission to bring his beloved back. It might be a bit selfish, but I think he deserves to be happy nonetheless.
