“Hey mister, whatcha doin comin into the village all.. you and not even acknowledging the next Hokage, huh?” Naruto was in that phase of wanting attention, one that could be perceived of him having daily, but today was worse then any other. Only yesterday he’d been yelled at by fellow villagers, names of monster and beast being whispered when they thought he wasn’t listening. Confused, scared and more then anything else, saddened by their assumptions, he vowed that today he’d be noticed. So he found the most out of place person and marched right up to them, hands on his hips and a pout on his lips. “Well? Aint ya gonna say somethin?”
