Who are you on Arrow? (part 2) Here's what your gifs say:
I’m doing little two-paragraph writeups for those who responded to the Arrow gif meme I put together. It’s going to take a while, so please don’t hate me if I don’t get to all of them tonight.
The next three that were done are cadeteyes, thenightsign, and carolina-sdreams. (These are getting sillier. PLEASE don't think this is how I see YOU, I'm just going with what the gifs say!)
carolina-sdreams:
She’s stunningly intelligent and more than a little socially awkward, and she experiences almost constant road rage on her native Starling City streets. Why can’t people just learn to drive? Being a native of the city, Oliver Queen is right at the top of her “list” and all of her friends know that she has dibs. She’s a little concerned that following Tommy Merlyn around like a duckling and then grabbing a stuffed squirrel to make out with when he noticed her might hamper her chances with Oliver, however. The awkwardness extends to the police, and Detective Lance was not impressed when she refused to remove her hot pink shades and yelled geek insults at him when he was walking to his car. That ticket was expensive. OH. Did she mention that Roy Harper is right up there next to Oliver on that all important list? He’s no billionaire, but she’d be the Robin to his Batman. She’s in a coffee shop across the street, drinking her no fat soy mocha latte when she see Laurel Lance fight off attackers with a shotgun. Retelling that story keeps her friends petting her and buying her drinks for weeks.
When she learns Oliver’s secret, she screams her head off. But she’s a little disappointed once she’s calmed down that the mystery is gone. By the time she’s invited to meet the team, she knows everything she can possibly know about them, possibly because she has followed Felicity to lunch a few times a week. But all in the name of science! She had to know if they liked the same food so she could deduce that they would be best friends. Meeting Diggle gets the naughty devil on her shoulder all excited, because have you seen those arms? Oliver is reluctant at first to bring her along on the mission, mostly because she describes her fighting skills as “magic.” But when she rages out during a practice session, the team gives in. Getting captured is a bit of a thrill, really, since it’s never happened before. But then the bad guy starts talking and it’s just. so. boring. Oliver finally arrives and does lots of impressive fighting, while she mostly rolls around on the floor giving orders. It’s a good strategy. The newspapers catch up with her the next day, and it’s possible she rages out on them as well – but she manages to wave at the cute photographer. Clearly, she’s the piece the team has always needed, a bonafide hero.
thenightsign:
She’s got a lot of enthusiasm, although it can get a bit aggressive. A child of Starling City, she is Oliver Queen’s #1 fan, and melts like a chocolate cake anytime Tommy Merlyn is nearby. (As you do.) She’s fabulous, and she maintains that edge even under pressure from Detective Lance when she is in clear violation of a 25 mph zone. One of her girlfriends tried to introduce her to the “cute valet” at Verdant, but she was not interested because she was pretty sure she’d just seen Tommy Merlyn leave his office and that was important. The day that Laurel Lance and her shotgun save her (and a bunch of other people on the subway platform) from armed robbers she goes straight home to think about her life choices.
She finds out about Oliver’s secret by stumbling in on him (in Arrow garb) and his blonde sidekick sharing a heated moment in which names are used. The kissing that followed broke her pretty heart, although she was pretty impressed by Felicity and her ability to stand toe-to-toe with Oliver Queen himself. Still, she’s in a bad enough mood that when Diggle drags her out of the building (for her own safety, or whatever) she tells him off and storms to her car. When they come calling, later, and need her help for a mission she’s in before they’re done explaining. It means close contact with Oliver Queen, so what if it’ll be a bit dangerous? She’s not exactly surprised when she’s captured, since she was pretty far out of position, but at least that means she’ll get a daring rescue, right? Then the baddie gets on a roll, telling her all of his evil plans, and she starts to understand the danger she’s in for the very first time. She fakes a panic attack, and gives Oliver a chance to swing in and save the day. Just like she’s always dreamed. When the newspapers want to know how she’s involved, she’s ready with a carefully anonymous sighting of the sexy Hood and sells herself as just another superhero groupie. She’s not, obviously. And Felicity will get over that minor fire in the lair soon enough.
Cadeteyes:
She’s a fiery redhead with attitude to spare, who’s always called Starling City home. Sure, she’s a fan of Oliver Queen’s massive parties, but her run-ins with his group (like Tommy Merlyn, for example) have tended to be somewhat less than friendly. Red hair, remember? Bit of a temper. But what do you expect when you see the younger Merlyn get a free pass after getting pulled over for speeding. Corruption in the city! She’s sure of it! Her young neighbor, Roy Harper, agrees with her, and that’s enough to earn him a solid checkmark on the friend list. While at CNRI as a temp, she witnesses Laurel chase off some mobsters with a shotgun, and it’s so badass she can’t help but celebrate through the glory of dance.
When she learns Oliver’s secret, she’s furious. How could he lie to Laurel, to the city, and why should he expect her to care? But eventually, she’s persuaded to meet the team. She’s not sure what to make of Felicity, who talks a mile a minute and mostly about technology she’s never heard of. But then Diggle turns around from the training dummy and there are arms and abs and glorious smiles. It takes a while to recover. The mission Oliver recruits her for requires her to lay low, so she slips on her fake glasses and tries to blend in. They knew capture was a possibility, and so she’s not concerned when it happens, but spends her time making her captors irritated with her good mood. She gets the bad guy talking with a bit more attitude, and then when Oliver swings in to save her, she grabs the nearest gun and jumps in to help. The sweet newspaper reporter doesn’t stand a chance of getting any info out of her, really, and it’s a good thing because she’s firmly on Team Arrow.

midnightswaltz' questions:
1 - Would you go on a paranormal investigation / ghost hunt with me?
Yes. Definitely, this is something I'd like to try.
2 - If you could drop everything & move somewhere else, would you and where would you go?
Yes, yes, yes. And I would go to Florianopolis, a city that I love here in Brazil, or somewhere in Italy, because this is a country I really want to know.
3 - Favorite place to eat?
An Italian restaurant that I love because the place is beautiful and the people are so kind that you just feel happy there.
4 - Do you like the sound of your voice? Not in like do you think you talk to much, but do you literally like the sound of your voice?
No, especially when I get nervous. It does not sound good.
5 - If you could commit murder and get away with it, would you?
Well, I don't know. Right now, I can say that this is something I wouldn't do, because I don't hate anyone that much . But I don't know if I would do it to defend myself or someone I love. It's hard to think about this.
My questions:
1 - Your favorite place in your city.
2 - Do you like your body or would you like to change something in it?
3 - Are you afraid of any animal?
4 - If you could be one of your favorite fictional characters, what would it be and why?
5 - Is there a movie that makes you cry every single time you watch it?
