i don’t even know where to start jesus christ. aang and mob are both incredibly powerful kids who really don’t like fighting. they both have like “super states” where they aren’t entirely conscious and are afraid of these states even though it’s a part of themselves and they have to come to terms with it. even though everyone tells them they have to fight, they usually find other ways to solve their problems. they also both have strong ties to spirits. shou and zuko, while very different characters, both have shitty dads with immense power bent on world domination (whom their wives leave once they realize shit is going down). shou and zuko (eventually) also both feel obligated to take down their fathers. sokka and reigen being the only members of the squad without powers until a girl who deserves more respect (suki and tome respectively) joins in the last legs of the story. there’s more there’s so much i’m freaking out i can’t put all my thoughts into words I AM NOT DIMPLE I AM MELON LORD
