Alloy 20 Pipe Fittings (UNS N08020) with superior sulfuric acid resistance. ASTM B366 buttweld & forged fittings in all sizes and types.
Alloy 20 Pipe Fittings are premium corrosion-resistant fittings made from Alloy 20 (UNS N08020 / 2.4660) — a high-performance nickel-iron-chromium alloy stabilized with niobium to prevent sensitization and intergranular corrosion. These fittings are engineered to provide exceptional resistance to sulfuric acid, chlorides, pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking, while maintaining excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability in aggressive environments.
Manufactured to international standards such as ASTM B366 / ASME SB366, Alloy 20 pipe fittings come in a wide range of types and sizes, including elbows (45°, 90°, 180°), tees (equal/reducing), reducers (concentric/eccentric), caps, stub ends, crosses, and forged fittings like couplings, unions, and nipples. They are available in seamless, welded, and fabricated forms with dimensions conforming to ASME B16.9, B16.28, and MSS-SP-43.
Thanks to their superior resistance to corrosive media — particularly sulfuric, phosphoric, and nitric acids — and robust fabrication properties, Alloy 20 fittings are ideal for demanding applications in chemical processing, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage processing, power generation, marine, and offshore systems.
