Working with family as opposed to other co-workers

There’s a certain comfort that comes with working with family that Joe cannot find with other people. There’s a different level of trust that comes with it as well. Most of all, there is so much pride because Joe grew up with the Usos and now here they are as adults, having not only one of the greatest feuds of the year but following that up with being in charge of an entire show. In the end, I don’t think Joe could choose one or the other because there’s certain things that you can do with family that you can’t do with friends and vice versa.

Working with younger talents in new storylines

Randy Orton would rather work with someone like John Cena or Edge or Triple H instead of a younger talent who he’s never worked with nine times out of ten. It’s nothing against a new talent. Randy is past the point where he’s like “I want to prepare the next generation” and he’s at the point where he wants to work with the people who he feels he can make the best storylines with. He’s worked with younger talent before and he’s done his best to make them look good but that portion of his career is behind him. Randy doesn’t feel that it’s his job to need to elevate anyone anymore.
