For me, there is only that version of Jason in which he is wildly lonely without a family and never did anything bad to Bruce’s past, only avenged his unavenged death. He just wanted to deal with the Joker, but he didn’t let anyone get close to him. For me this Au remains canon. (sorry for the not entirely clear thought)
Why I shouldn’t rewatch any animated show. Context is everything. Subtext is better. 😜
