Why do I feel like this is an accurate representation of Caryl if they got wasted together. Just because of how comfortable they are around one another. Carol dancing with inanimate objects while Daryl just cluelessly acts a fool.

possible ways caryl's first kiss will go (s10 spoilers)

-daryl will be healing from his injuries after his fight with alpha, and carol will come to him, mb the first time seeing him after the Cave Incident, and she'll sit on the edge of his infirmary bed and be like, "i just want you to know that i'm leaving. it's what's best for both of us. i'm sorry i couldn't be the person you saw me as." and she'll frame it like she's doing him a favor, but he'll not stand for it. he'll sit up in bed, stiff and in pain, and will grab her wrist to keep her still and will tell her "i don't want you to leave," which will baffle carol bc after everything she's done how could he /still/ want her to stay, and she'll ask him as much, and even tho daryl is better at communicating, he won't be able to say the words, so instead he'll just give her a long look, debating, before saying screw it and leaning in and kissing her soft and sweet, the simple act saying everything he's kept from her all these years

-they will have a blowout argument. daryl has tried and tried and tried to be rational with her, but this was the last straw, and they will start yelling at each other, with daryl accusing her of not really trying to be present and Cope, and she'll argue that she only stayed for him, and finally daryl will say something like, "i just want you back," and carol will start going off about how she never asked to come home, and why does he even want her there, and--but she won't be able to finish her sentence bc daryl will cut her off by cupping her face and just going for it, and they'll hold the kiss for several seconds, before they pull apart, and daryl looks her in her frankly shocked as shit eyes, and says, "shut up"

-they'll have a heart-to-heart in carol's room, and at first carol will talk about the loss of henry, but then it'll get her talking about sophia, and sam, and it's not until she's on this roll that she finally reveals what happened at the grove, and she'll break down and finally (finally!) let herself Feel the Grief, and daryl will hold her, rubbing her back, saying absolutely nothing and not letting go until she's cried herself dry, and when they part he's like, "that's what ive been waiting for. ive been waiting for you to feel it," and carol will say something to the effect of "it hurts too much to feel it," and daryl will say "yeah, but you gotta. but i'm here to help," and the moment will be so charged that they both feel the electricity between them, and the walls have fallen, and they come together bc for once there's nothing between them keeping them apart

-there will be a scene after connie's (probable) death, where she apologizes to daryl for taking her from him, and how she wanted him to have someone so badly, and daryl will be like, "i want want to have someone too, but she's not letting herself be here, and i miss her real bad," and it'll take carol a minute, and when she gets what he's saying she tears up and begs him not to feel that way, bc if he loves her then she's stuck, bc she won't be able to pretend she doesn't love him anymore, but he'll just shrug and put a hand on her cheek and explain that it's not something he can help, and he'll kiss her and she'll cry but it'll be everything she wanted and everything she needs at the same time

Daryl is a Tattoo artist specialized on covering up scars. Carol meets him when she's getting the scars Ed inflicted on her, covered up.

One beautiful starry night, they are sitting on the porch steps, talking about everything and nothing, when Carol lays back to look at the sky with a sigh. Daryl follows her lead and starts to enthusiastically point out stars and constellations, while a tired Carol leans her head on his shoulder and falls asleep to the sweet sound of his voice. After realizing he has been talking to himself for quite some time, he smiles and quietly carries her up to their bedroom.

Carol and Daryl would absolutely have a dog. It would be the chillest, fluffiest woofer known to humanity.

SHIPPING and Rewatching the Walking Dead:s3A (in no order)

Let's be real, Carol can make backhanded offers to screw around all she wants, but if Daryl Dixon ever said "Yea, Sure" she'd be completely caught off guard and wouldn't actually know how to respond or what to do.

Also, just because my sister reminded me, if she ever actually said anything that crossed a line/that upset him, she'd stop. She jokes because they're friends and because she cares about him.

"Hey Maggie, Glenn, you coming?" And they both snigger and laugh and she swats his arm.

Daryl Dixon toting around an infant and calling her sweetheart is the cutest, most overy exploding, yes please moment I've ever seen in a television show. Ever.

I really like the idea of T, Carol and Daryl being tight. Just one big trio, since everyone else is basically paired off. Carol adores T-Dog. Daryl wasn't sure about him because of Merle but came around. Fight me.

I wanna see Carol drive the bike. Or ride on the bike. or ride the man on the bike.

I LOVE DARYL AND CARL BONDING. VERY IMPORTANT. Its so special to see him being a big brother figure, far removed from the big brother he had.

That whole scene where he's sitting and flailing that knife around and is obviously mourning is so important. He'd said his goodbyes, had his small silent vigil with the rose but GAH there it was, a reminder that they hadn't tried to find her. I wonder if he's thinking "is she behind the door??is the thing that killed her behind the door??" I've always just loved this scene so much (because I'm a shipper. Duh) but because I feel like it's an important view inside Daryl and his anger and his emotional process. It's just so GOOD.

My kink is the way he looks down at her when he carries her out of the tombs?

Look. Maybe this is just my personal headcanon, and I'm jumping ahead, but she'd love Merle. After some time, after her threatening to slash his throat 😂 and under a different circumstance. He'd probably get a kick out of her too. "Y'alls names rhyme. Ain't that cute" would think she was hilarious. Idk I can just see it, somebody messes with her, somebody says some dumb shit "I'd threaten her for you, little brother would too but that lil hell cat could whoop your ass boy" idk. Just me? Oh well. I love Merle though, so I'm blinded. Idk. I just think that maybe he and Daryl both noticed her at the quarry. Noticed that she'd take any and all of Ed before he even could get close to Sophia and that probably impressed him a lot. I DEMAND A BROTP WHERE THEY TEASE DARYL AND KICK ASS

I have a headcanon that he spends a lot of time low-key showing off. "Hey Carol, watch this shot", "Hey Carol look what I found.." Totally does not try and hide from her if he's working out or whatever, leads her somwhere to show her something cool, but as soon as she acknowledges him, he's ducking his head and shuffling his feet and doing that half grin waiting for her approval.

HOW PROUD HE LOOKS OF HER WHEN RICK HUGS HER AND THEY WELCOME HER BACK OH LAWD he says "Poor thing fought her way into a cell..." AHH
