Last night we had a wonderful dinner here: http://www.damarcohouston.com/
A wonderful restaurant that really brought us back to a place we dined at in Florence. A VERY Northern type place, snooty, not a tomato sauce on the menu but wonderful, impressive food. To boot, they had a wine list that made us dizzy - and nothing I recognized. In an attempt to not sound like a jackass - instead of asking for "something like a cabernet" like the rube next to me, I took a chance and ordered this. We got lucky because it was THE BOMB! Delicious and drinkable and went great with our food. Ordered a bottle for the meal and oh my. I'm gonna go see if i can get some more at my spot. What a bottle. Va Bene!
