30 years ago an arcade game was released that helped change the video game scene forever. Pac-Man was given to the world in 1980 and in 2020 this version has risen. Karl Patterson of KPmodding from Consett, UK did a few upgrades to bring up the look of the cabinet and gameplay for a more modern version. Using some items from Bitspower, Intel, Seagate, Seagategaming, and ASUS Republic of Gamers. As you will see Karl took some key colors from the art that resides on the outside of the cabinet and used it on the PC section of the Pac-Man arcade cabinet. This creates a consistent more pleasing look that draws your attention to it.
For me, this brings back personal memories as I was working at one of the largest arcades in the US, know as Golf-N-Stuff in Arizona. I had lots of up-close and personal time with the original Pac-Man and I have to say that this version is way cooler!

There clean looking case mods and then there are next-level clean looking PC case mods. Justin Chu’s case fits into the latter category. While browsing around of Facebook we came across this PC Case mod and we just knew it had to a feature. What helps this case mod raise to the top that it has, what looks like, a simple design. That is one of the hardest things to do. Detailed planning and hard work make it looks super clean, with the usage of a few basic colors. Trying to use the same colors or tones makes designs more pleasing to the eye. That is why this PC case mod from Mr. Chu makes you want to stop and look at it. Take a few moments and enjoy the sights.
You can see a few more case mods and highlights at Justin Chu’s Facebook page

Case Mod Mondays is a way for us, Modders Inc, to help start your week off in the right direction. This Monday we have a case mod that does not have all the flashing RGB lighting puke that everyone, except me, loves. The Old Man Logan case mod by Derek Wilson of Rhoadspc takes us back to where the look and styling of the PC case mod what grabs your attention and drags you in wanting to see more. Logan, or better known as Wolverine, is probably the X-Men hero we all know and this mod is a tribute to the comics of the older Wolverine.
Let’s have Wilson tell us about his custom PC.
The Mod was a joy to do, I loved the theme from the start, and chose the Cougar Blazer as I’d had such a fun time working with the Conquer previously.
The main processes used was to inflict the claw marks with my Dremel to different parts of the build (front panel, top panel, bottom rails) and the achieve the weathered and distressed look, to fit the Old Man Logan feeling.
I did this mainly through the painting process ( spray paint, hand paint, and airbrush) and was really happy with how it came out. I laid down a burnt orange layer below the yellow, that shone through when I applied a bit of sanding to the topcoat in specific places.

Open PC Cases seem to be the hot spot for case modders of late. Probably because they have the ability to show off all the hardware and water cooling setups with ease. Our current featured Case Mod started life as a standard Antec Striker (Available at Amazon). With some time and skill, it was turned into Project Limbo.
George Antonopoulos (Facebook Page) is the Owner and Founder at OverChilled. When George is not modding he is an Information Technology Technical Support Specialist (IT Technical Support Specialist) at Champion and lives in Athens, Greece.
Antonopoulos says “My Latest Project ”Limbo” using the New Z490 Aorus Ultra mini Atx Board. Hope you like Orange Juice”. Enjoy the Photos and the build video.

There are times when you see something and think “How can I make a case mod out of this”? That very thought went gone across our minds when we saw the IN WIN Yong. NGEN must have had the same thought as they have created something that has not been seen before. This flashed across our Facebook feed and we knew we needed to promote this unique PC case mod.
So what does William Foglesong, owner of NGEN PCs, have to say about this Out Of This World computer case mod…
“The Yong has landed!
Straight out of science fiction, this build is centered around the InWin Yong; a unique 3D printed case inspired by a butterfly’s chrysalis. The Yong itself is already out-of-this-world unique, so what better way to enhance this build than by giving it an out-of-this-world stand. Easily one of the most alien computers we’ve ever seen and makes the whole build stand at exactly 7 feet tall.
BIG shoutout to InWin USA for sponsoring the Yong and Classic C1250 Power Supply! We simply can’t do any of these projects without their support. As always, it wouldn’t be one of our builds without a full EK Water Blocks loop centered around an ASUS Republic of Gamers mobo. And of course, we are still rocking some NightHawks from TeamGroup”

DOOM 2016 Case Mod by Dewayne Carel
It’s not everyday that you get a chance to build a case mod for one of the largest game producers let alone one based off a game that changed the way we play games today. Since we run the case modding contest at QuakeConI was approached by Bethesda to see if I knew someone that would be interested in making a case mod. My response was, “Uh, yeah me!” I had no idea what is was going to be about…
