I feel so bad about having to do this but I have NOT had a good experience with @casefetish (Some pics are weird I’ll post in story) I received an email back in March from someone who claimed to be a representative and offered me a code for a phone case in exchange for my thoughts and review. (Photo 1 & 2) I went on the site and liked what I saw! Turns out the code did offer me a free case but I had to pay shipping and handling, no big deal! I made my purchase on March 20th (photo 3) and sent back an email confirming that upon receipt of the case I will post my thoughts and review for all of you! (Photo 4). A few weeks passed and I had yet to receive my case, so I contacted the company through their website portal, (photo 5, I don’t have the message cuz it didn’t show up in my sent but I do have the form from the website) I went away to Anime Boston and expected the case to be waiting for me when I returned. I was wrong... I waited till May 1st and emailed the original representative that I had not received my case and if they could possibly help in anyway for me to find my case. (Photo 6) It is now May 7th and I still have not received the case or any info about it.... Even though it’s only 10$ I don’t believe this company handled this situation very professionally, especially since I was the one contacted!
