Sorry i’m still thinking about Casey being nasty to Ducati Vale like 2011 was such an evil season for him… missed out on the championship the previous year bc of his broken leg and then only got one podium instead of managing a comeback whereas Casey won the championship that year. Vale wasn’t even a threat to him (literally everything was coming up Casey AND he self admittedly enjoyed watching Vale get humbled on the Ducati) but he still went out of his way to talk so much shit that even Vale called him obsessed. Insane. And he said that thing at one point about calling Vale to heel like a dog which now I can’t find but it ping-pongs around my brain like a Mean Casey Screensaver. He’s so tormentable it’s tempting to forget that he gave as good as he got in that department and he wanted Vale to sufferrr
ok the call to heel thing intrigued me so i tried to google it but all the internet gave me was the jerez 2011 incident where casey gave his quote... not sure if it's from the same incident? if anyone reading this knows more abt the 'call to heel thingy' feel free to share!
i went through a few jerez'11 articles but didn't see a mention of the heel thing either. though i found this article covering jerez'11 and it specifically highlighted how casey made a dig at valentino over his shoulder injury ... like what a cunt lmaooo i love that he is not only suffering but is also great at inflicting the same (though he gives the vibes that he'd really prefer it if valentino did not force his hand to be as evil but if he needs to he can get dirty because he learnt from the best)
