Person: @casimirnoctis Location: It's the Harmonium notes: it's a flashback! He's waited a long time for this day. The day he'd learned that the queen had a son who wouldn't be so far off in age from himself, Lirien had debated fleeing the Harmonium to find him himself. But he'd been a boy of only thirteen then, it felt like a lifetime ago and to an extent, he'd wanted to have a bit more footing before he ventured out to meet his family. It was a belated graduation present to himself to request Casimir Noctis attend to see him perform for a workshop. It was something simple, he'd simply provided ambience via piano, he was helping out someone else for the most part, but most importantly it was a peek into his life. A life he wanted to share with his family, his actual family. That didn't mean he didn't pace for a good ten minutes beforehand following by at least five minutes of hovering before he'd left to go mingle at the gathering of artists and guests in the concert hall. The strangest part, is that he knows the man before he even comes upon him talking to someone else and it gives him a moment to really see him. They had the same dark curls, the same eyes, similarities in the slope of their noses, or at least he thought so from what he knew about how he himself looked, and Lirien swallows the urge to close the distance between them enthusiastically. But he waits until the person who had Casimir's attention steps away before he approaches and it actually takes everything in him to remain calm. "I was hoping you'd show up." The smile he offers his cousin is different from the dazzling grin he'd throw towards the masses, it's genuine and it's soft as he extends a hand. "Lirien Noctis, I believe we have a few decades worth of family drama to discuss."
