It hadn’t been long since Nathan had arrived in Edens Town, something Alex hadn’t expected at all. Not that he was upset about the fact that his brother was in town. While Nathan and Alex were opposites in many ways, it didn’t mean Alex didn’t love his brother as much as one could, and he was happy that all three of them would be able to spend more time together. Their lives had changed in so many ways over the years, but hopefully being in Edens Town would be good for all of them with their own problems, some worse than others. In a horrible way that Alex would never admit, having Nathan there was a reminder that his own problems were minuscule and easily able to be gotten over in the long run. Anna might’ve hurt him and they might’ve broken up, but how could one compare that to truly losing your wife and child? The fact was none of them had any idea if Nathan would ever be able to move on, not that Alex could blame him if he didn’t. The three of them sat around the dinner table in Cass’s house. Things still felt a bit awkward as they all got used to being back together again. Wanting to include Nathan in things, Alex looked over to his brother and gave him a small smile. “So, what’d you do today? I’ve been visiting a few places around town that I didn’t get the chance to visit before. I could take you around to some of the more interesting places if you want, and I’m sure Cass has suggestions too.” Alex was lucky in that he automatically had the stables to occupy his time. Nathan wasn’t quite so lucky.

Suck It And See || Cass and Maya

She appears in the pub he’d summoned her to and Maya’s nose immdiately wrinkles. She doesn’t know what she was expecting, a place called the Goblin Knob could hardly be considered classy, but even still the smell of body odor and beer hits her so heavily that if she was a weaker woman she’d have to sit down. She spots Cass at the end of the bar and she pushes a drunken wizard off of the stool beside him and takes a seat.

“Was this really necessary, Cassiel?”

She can feel several pairs of eyes on her but the only set that matters is the bartenders. She orders the strongest piece on the menu before turning back to her...friend.

“All I want to do is murder someone, do we need to have this level of dramatics? Or is this just another part of the pissing contest?”

She takes a massive drink from the whiskey concoction placed in front of her before continuing.

“Because if we want to have a show off competition of dramatics? You’re not going to win. I hope you know that.” She glances around the room as she takes another long sip.

“This place is so filthy it actually makes you look classy.”

Who: Logan & Cass ( @cassandrawilkes ) Where: Outside the Slytherin Common Room When: January 4, early evening

Logan parted ways with the Parkinsons when they arrived at the castle. Their duty was complete, the Parkinsons were safe, and they were free to find the person who really mattered: Cass. They made their way through the castle quickly, scanning the people in the corridor and peering into open rooms as they went past them. None of the other people in the castle mattered, or even registered to them because they were on a mission to find their sister.

Although they were worried, they went about it systematically, and were getting more worried as they got closer to the Slytherin common room. There weren’t many places left for her to be at this point, and if she wasn’t in the common room - Logan wasn’t going to think like that though. Cass had to be okay. They had turned a corner and spotted someone near the entrance to the common room and a spark of hope lit in Logan’s chest. They took a couple of steps before they could recognize the figure as their sister. “Cass!” Thy sprinted the last few feet so they could throw their arms around their sister in a rare show of affection.
