Ingredients: 1 lb green beans, trimmed and halved. 8 oz cooked ham, diced. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup almond flour. 2 tablespoons butter, melted.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and transfer to a baking dish. Add the diced ham on top of the green beans in the baking dish. In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the green beans and ham. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the mixture in the baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour with melted butter to make the topping. Sprinkle the almond flour topping over the cheese layer in the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
