And now that she has a photo of herself that isn't a selfie..... -------- Cassidy Blues is the creator, writer and director of The Last OK Place. She graduated in 2015 with her BFA in Filmmaking from the University of Montana. Cassidy has been writing professionally since she was 17 when she started working for various papers. As a reporter and columnist she's pissed of a lot of people in education and dudes who hate women thinking. One time a state representative texted her solely in emojis. All of this is pretty arbitrary, but she likes bringing it up anyway. During the past five years she's worked on a handful of short films (both fiction and docs), a feature and the occasional sizzle. Having consumed a filthy amount of media, she's determined to create feminist, LGBT content that gives the middle finger to tropes. And as a fan of genre mashing, she's excited to deliver a genre packed dark comedy. Overall Cassidy is stoked to be working with a plethora of talented and hilarious people - "dah best of the best." She says you should probably share TLOP with your friends.
